Refund Policy

At Entity Bridge, we strive for clear and fair policies. Due to the unique nature of our services, we maintain a no-refund policy in most circumstances. Please read this Refund Policy carefully so you understand your rights and our commitments.

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the customized, immediate nature of our services—including pre-established corporate entity transfers, regulatory filings, and time-sensitive documentation—all purchases made through EntityBridge Inc. are final and non-refundable. Once service has been initiated or delivery completed, the transaction is considered fully earned and cannot be canceled.

That said, customer satisfaction and compliance accuracy are core to our business. If we fail to deliver a service as described (such as a clerical error or delivery mistake on our part), we will promptly correct the issue at no cost to you. In select cases, we may offer a store credit valid for six months, at our sole discretion.

Nature of Products/Services: Many of our offerings involve intangible services (such as consulting on compliance, preparing legal documents, or transferring ownership of an aged corporation). These services and products cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can. For example, if we have formed a company for you or transferred an existing company to you, that action cannot be undone without significant legal process, and the value of the product is largely consumed at that point.

Service Guarantee: While we do not offer refunds, we do stand by the quality and accuracy of our services. If we make an error in filing or fail to deliver a service as described, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work to resolve any problems within the scope of the original service.

Extraordinary Circumstances: In rare, extraordinary situations (for instance, if we determine we cannot deliver a service you purchased, and no equivalent alternative is available), Entity Bridge may decide to offer a refund or a credit as a courtesy. Any such decision is at our sole discretion. If a credit is offered (for use on future services), it will have an expiration date (typically 6 months) and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Chargebacks and Disputes: We encourage open communication. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us to discuss a resolution. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without giving us a chance to resolve the issue first is generally against our terms (see Dispute Resolution Policy) and can result in additional fees or legal action. We have a structured dispute resolution process to handle grievances fairly and efficiently.

Clear Communication: Before making a purchase, we ensure that pricing and terms are clearly communicated. If you have any questions about a service or whether it’s right for you, please use our Free Quote or Contact Us options to clarify before you buy. We would rather answer your questions upfront than have you purchase something that doesn’t meet your expectations.

Summary: By completing a purchase with Entity Bridge, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and you will not be entitled to a refund except at our discretion as outlined above. This policy helps us maintain our affordable pricing and devote our full attention to delivering the best service to all clients.
